Gemma Marie (Lussier) Stevens Obituary
We announce the death of Gemma Marie (Lussier) Stevens (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on September 22, 2026, at the age of 102. Gemma will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her former husband Louis Lussier; her husband John Stevens; her sons-in-law, Paul Seewald and Roger Roy; her daughter Emelie Lavallee; her grandsons, David Seewald and Terry-Wayne Lussier; her great grandchild Jesse Seewald; and her parents, Rosa Potvin (Rouire) and Wilfred Potvin.
She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Seewald (Marcel Lambert), Marie Bourrier (Rene) and Louis Lussier. She is also survived by 9 grand children, 15 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Family Church (778 Archibald St, Winnipeg, MB R2J0Y4).
