He was predeceased by: his son Grant; his parents, Piotr and Pelagia; his brother Peter; his sister-in-law Vera; and his parents-in-law, John and Mary Bohonos.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Craig (Ana Maria Hiebert) and Carlyne (Alain Drouin); his grandsons, Yanic, Sacha and Jeremy; his nephew Laddie; his niece Lisa; and his cousin Stephen Derenchuk.
