We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Gerard Ernest Bretecher (Winnipeg, Manitoba), born in Steinbach, Manitoba. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandson Riley; his mother Simone Ouellette; his adoptive parents, Sidonie Bretecher and Jean Bretecher; his brother Ray Ouellette; and also Tonica.

He is survived by: his daughter Michelle (Bruce); his granddaughter Ashley (Ben); his great grandchildren, Ryder, Nevan, Levi and Gabe; his siblings, Gilles (Jan), Marcel (Sandra) of Hardesty, AB. and Suzanne (Keith); his close friend Dan Bracke; and also Helene. He is also survived by many aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, especially his many friends.
