We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2021, at the age of 91, Gilles Schaubroeck (Winnipeg, Manitoba) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Schaubroeck and Thérèse Schaubroeck; his siblings, Armand, Denis, Maurice, Normand, Florence, Soeur Rachel and Juliette; and his siblings-in-law, Oscar, Gabriel, Homer, Patsy, Rose, Ramona, Geri, Marcel and Don.

He is survived by: his wife Eleanore; his children, Lisa and Paul (Marie-Josée); his grandchildren, John, Jason (Sara) and Amy; his great grandchildren, Carson and Chloe; his siblings, Eveline, Gertrude (Laurent) and Camille (Denise); and his sisters-in-law, Florence and Lorraine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Gilles may be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation or Deer Lodge Centre Foundation.
