We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2020, at the age of 92, Giovanna Carmela Eliass (Winnipeg, Manitoba) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonia Cantafio and Francesco Cantafio; her siblings, Mattea Altomare, Gilda Porco, Tommaso Cantafio and George A. Cantafio; her siblings-in-law, Carmine Altomare, Gabriele Porco and Ann Cantafio; and her nephews, Frank Altomare and Harry Bakema.
She is survived by: her son Darren; and her sibling's children, Roseanna Bakema, Gina Calesso (Renato), Christopher Calesso, Blair Cantafio (Suzanne), Dale Cantafio (Gretchen) and Brent Cantafio (Sonia).
