Grant Friesen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Grant Friesen of Winnipeg, Manitoba, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Grant shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Grant farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friends Funeral Service (2146 Main St, Winnipeg, MB R2V3S5). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendrier Altona Mennonite Church (287 8 Ave NE, Altona, MB R0G0B1).
Donations in memory of Grant may be made to Ride for Dad (in support of the fight against prostate cancer).
