He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Sullivan and Mary Sullivan (Dick). He is survived by: his spouse Jackie (Bourque); his sons, Scott (Tricia) and Kristian (Laura); his siblings, Sandra (Larry), Marjorie (Jim), Kathy (Dan) and Ralph; his siblings-in-law, Ronald (Gail) and Norma; and his granddaughters, Lalaney, Kalila, Grace, Emily and Kathryn. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; friends.
