He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon and Lydie; and his siblings, Edward, Raymond, Hubert, Eloi and Claire Brown.

He is survived by: his wife Merle; his sons, Darcy (Robyn) and Greg (Angie); his grandchildren, Spencer, Adair, Corbin and Nolan; and his sister Marie Ross.
