He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz Quiring and Maria Quiring (Loewen); and his in-laws, Heinrich and Sara Neufeld (Schapansky). He is survived by: his wife Martha (Neufeld); his children, Andrew and Ruth; his son-in-law Foort Bruinooge; his grandson Isaiah; his siblings, Lina Fast (Hans Gerhard) and Arthur Quiring (Ursula); and his siblings-in-law, Leni Rahn (Hermann), Katie Klassen (Peter), Kaethe Neufeld, Maria Neufeld, Hans Karl Neufeld and Franz Neufeld. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
