He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lysak and Helen Lysak; his brother Jack Lysak; his siblings-in-law, Gerald Peluk and Luba Dolinski (Walter); and his grandson Justin Lysack.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Darrin (Maria), Brian (Christie), Audrey (Al) and David (Deena); his grandchildren, Tanner (Irlanda), Anders (Vanessa), Andrew (Teylor), Kai (Lianne), Annie, Mollie and Paige; his great grandchildren, Alexis and A. J.; his sister Ruth Peluk; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Zaporzan (Lee) and Loraine Lysak (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
