We bid farewell to Helen Bitney (Winnipeg, Manitoba), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 14, 2025 at the age of 93. Helen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Alex Mackenzie (Henry) and Gerald Bitney; and her sisters, Mary (Jack Thomson) and Anne (Alf Mocon). She is survived by: her granddaughter Karla Mackenzie (Steve); her great grandchild Sophie Conner; her sons, John (Monique), Steven (Maria), Charles (Nancy), Richard (Barbara), Brian (Karen) and Larry Poole (Kathryn); and her stepdaughter Frances Bitney (Andrew). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cropo Funeral Chapel (1442 Main St, Winnipeg, MB R2W3V7).
