He was predeceased by: his siblings, Elsie and Bernhardt; his brothers-in-law, Ernie, Ike and Aron; and his parents, Bernhardt and Aganeta.
He is survived by: his wife Val; his sons, Duane, Shane and Brent (Jane); his grandchildren, Brooke, Baylee, Matthew and Amber; his great grandchildren, Katrina, Alexis, Johnny, Evan and Madison; and his sisters, Agnes (Harold), Kaye (Henry), Erna and Nell.
