He was predeceased by: his wife Alwina; and his son Helmut. He is survived by: his children, John (Betty) and Elizabeth (Doug); his grandchildren, Sean, Dana, Madi and Lexi; his great grandchild Ava; and his siblings, Inge, Helga and Hartmut. He is also survived by his parents and siblings.
