He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Mary. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Dean (Brenda), Scott (Stacey) and Dale (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Drew, Sarah, Dane, Sam, Kate and Sawyer.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Howard's memory may be made to Holy Family Home or Parkinson Manitoba.
