Ihor Michalishyn Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ihor Michalishyn (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on October 26, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Ihor's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Ihor's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean and Peter; and his wife Marika. He is survived by: his children, Patrick and Natalia (Andrew); his grandchildren, Annika and Michael; and his sisters, Mary-Anne (David) and Katrusia (Albert). He is also survived by the cousins, nieces and nephews, his huge extended family, and all of his friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
