In the sacred silence of farewell, Ihor is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ihor's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean and Peter; and his wife Marika. He is survived by: his children, Patrick and Natalia (Andrew); his grandchildren, Annika and Michael; and his sisters, Mary-Anne (David) and Katrusia (Albert). He is also survived by the cousins, nieces and nephews, his huge extended family, and all of his friends.

A reception was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Shooter's Family Golf Centre (2731 Main St, Winnipeg, MB R2V4T2).
