It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isla Mabel Traverse (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Bird and Nora Bird; her grandparents, Jim, Caroline Bird, Albert and Lucy Black; and her nieces, Alva Brooks and Anita Sinclair.
She is survived by: her close friend Floyd Pilon; her daughter Winona Ann Widrick; her grandchildren, Danielle Moneas, Trisha Widrick (Desmond), Shoni Widrick (Braydon), Anthony Miness, Jaida Widrick, Brooklyn Widrick and Tia Widrick; her great grandchildren, Jayden Moneas, Jaylen Moneas and Gabrielle Feschuck; her son Benjamin John Widrick; her grandchildren, Sarah Widrick, Royce Widrick, Johnny Kohinski and Benjamin Jr. Sinclair; her siblings, Caroline, Mary, Jane and Issac Bird; and her nephew Louis Flett (Scrooge).
