He is survived by: his significant other Hazel; his children, Keith (Kara) and Kari; his grandchildren, Alex, Brayden and Jaysen; his children, Harland and Sharla; his grandchildren, Madison and Sophie; his daughter Dayna (Chris); his grandchild Rylan; his daughter Tracey (Rob); and his grandchildren, Jack, Kahlan and Maverick Henry.
