He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Lewick and Mary Lamontagne; his stepfather Red Lamontagne; his sister Carol Burdeny; his parents-in-law, John and Kay Kuz; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Lavallee and Kenneth Burdeny.

He is survived by: his wife Chris; his daughters, Mandy and Wendy; and his granddaughter Nevaeh. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
