He is survived by: his children, Yolanda Thompson (Stanley), Timothy Mitchell and Laverne Mitchell; his grandchildren, Lumay, Dyson, Lyric (Cameron), Judah, Dayna (Jordan), Jada, Kaylin, Kyle, Karolyn of Aimee-Lee, TJ, Tayden, Karissa, Kierrah (Evan), Kyron (Seekquinn) and Tierrah; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Bailey, Addison, Rebecca, Mckenna, Zayden, Kalieah and Hozier Grey; his in-laws, Oliver Clarke (Loretta), Shirley Richard (William), Rita Queskekapow (Edward), Lizzie Hudson, Waylon Clarke (Jenny) and Deon Clarke (Kristine); Garrison Settee, Harry Franklin (Rosalie), Daniel Green, Lorne Green, Mike Sinclair, Lisa Sinclair, Ardelle Sinclair, Francis Mitchell (Iona), Walter Mitchell (Sharon), Alfred Mitchell (Pearl), Robert Mitchell (Judy), Iona Baptiste (Francis) and Randy Mitchell (Jane).
A wake will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 and on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at the Chief Cornerstone Church (384 Talbot Ave, Winnipeg, MB R2L0R3). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pentecostal Church.
