He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty; his stepson Dan Lenz; his granddaughter Amanda Lenz; and his son-in-law RJ Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Bob Squires (Tammy) and Cathy Nesbitt (Rick); his stepchildren, John McMillan (Donna), Vickie Kennedy, Kathy Loeppky (Brian) and Scott McMillan; and his grandchildren, Michael Squires, Jason Bock, Jeffrey Bock, Lisa Cullen, Jana Kennedy (Mauricio), Steven McMillan (Lindsay), Jennifer Berch (Nolan) and Steven Lenz (Pie).
