She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Stasiuk and Peter Stasiuk; her former husband Walter Chubaty; her stepfather Michael Ewonchuk; her brothers, Emil and Jerry; her stepdaughter Nadia; and her stepsiblings, Orysia Sklepowich (Bunny), Jerry Ewonchuk and Peter Ewonchuk.

She is survived by: her husband Atanazie (Tony); her children, Terry and Lisa (Greg); and her stepchildren, Mary (Michael), Vera (Andrew), Ann (Doug), Dmetro (Terry) and Paul. She is also survived by her grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchild, and step-great-grandchildren.
