We announce the death of Janice Pedlar (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on September 26, 2026. Janice will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Janice will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Janice will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Janice’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Pedlar and Verna Pedlar; her sister Lorraine; and her boyfriend Garry Kirby. She is survived by: her children, Stacey, Shawna (Fred) and Brad (Jenn); her grandchildren, Brandon and Danica; and her siblings, Bob (Lorraine) and Carol (Perry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and life-long friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Glen Lawn Funeral Home (455 Lagimodiere Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R2J4J4).
