He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his parents, Bill Matishuk and Nancy Matishuk; his sister Leanne Panchuk (Bob); his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Marie Melnychuk; his brothers-in-law, Jeff (Deneace) and Brian (Taylor); his nieces, Presley and Ryah; his sister-in-law Crystal (Michael); and his nephews, Tristen and Jonathan. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
