He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand and Berthe (Alarie); his siblings, Gérard, Henri, Louis, Armande (Kenny) and Carmelle (Audette); and his brothers-in-law, Louis Kenny, Jean-Paul Audette and Claude Lévêque.

He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Marcel (Monica) and Mona (Grant); his grandchildren, Danelle (Keith), Nicole (Chad), Patrick, Fraser (Karen), Brendon and Taylor (Brittney); his great grandchildren, Mila, Liam, Kenna, Theodore, Avery and Felix; his brother René (Ellen); and his sister-in-law Jacqueline (Louis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
