He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis and Carrie; his brothers, Walter, Bernest and Norman Mikoluff; and his parents-in-law, Peter, Victoria and Adolph Kondratiuk.

He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Miranda (Walter) and Sanford (Gloria); his grandsons, Cody and Kyle; his brother Roy Mikoluff (Bernice); and his sisters-in-law, Bertha Mikoluff and Betty Kondratiuk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
