He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Reimer and Aganetha Reimer; and his siblings, Cornelius, Peter, Frank, George, Jake, Bill, Nettie, Katie, Annie and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Esther Loewen; his daughters, Diane and Elaine; his grandchildren, Erik and Kali; his sister Marge; and his sister-in-law Elma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Friends Funeral Service (2146 Main St, Winnipeg, MB R2V3S5).
