He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt (Nellie Prociuk) and MaryAnn; his brothers, Paul and Morris; and his siblings-in-law, Boris Seredycz, John Pawlychyn and Shirley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Peter (Sonya), Dennis, Ed (Nancy) and Donna; his sisters-in-law, Pat and Jean (Randy); and his significant other MaryAnn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Parish (505 Watt St, Winnipeg, MB R2K2S1).
