Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Stoyka (Winnipeg, Manitoba), born in Dauphin, Manitoba, who passed away at the age of 97, on March 27, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasyl Stoyka and Mary Stoyka; his wife Velma; and his siblings, Peter, Steve Stoyka, Lena Piotrowski, Ann McDonald and Tolly Riggs.
He is survived by: his children, Ron Stoyka (Jeanne), Sherron (Dean Carr) and Lynda (Chris Malloy); his grandchildren, Edward Stoyka (Meghan), Chantal (Joey Either), Tara (Eric Meadwell), Samantha Carr, Kelly and Erin Malloy; his great grandchildren, Jack, Chase, Kyle and Theo; and his sister Esther Molnar of Calgary. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Siloam Mission, Agape Table or Humane Society.
