He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Zande and Johanna van der Zande. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank (Diana), Ria, Elly (Jeremy) and Nick (Diane); his brothers-in-law, Gerry (Linda), Glen (Karen) and Darrell (Darlene); his aunt Lena; and his cousin Holland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
