He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Doucette and Clovis Doucette; and his brothers, Jimmy and Victor Doucette. He is survived by: his significant other Therese Bernardin (Terry); his daughters, Sherry Doucette and Tania Franzmann; his grandchildren, Lynden, Gabriel, Aubrey and Austin; and his siblings, Edward, Jean, Irene, Carol-Anne, Rita-Ann, Vincent, Martha, Mary, Theresa and Paul.
