He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Roulette and Roderick Roulette; his siblings, Albert, Gerald, Verna and Linda; his son Wayne; and his great grandchild Liam-James.
He is survived by: his wife Monique; his children, Nelson, Joseph Jr., Sheila (Mario) and Brenda (Alan); his granddaughter Maxine (Cody); his children, Stephanie (Mark), Amanda (Kyle), Monique (Austin), Alice, Katherine, Taylor and George; and his great grandchildren, Landon and Madison. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Private wake service and funeral service will be held at Eternal Grace Funerals following all Covid-19 restrictions.
