It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Josephine Ciccocioppo (Winnipeg, Manitoba), born in Dauphin, Manitoba, who passed away on January 5, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Carmine; her parents, William Ganczar and Pauline Ganczar; her brother-in-law Dennis Waroway; her brother Tonino; and her sister-in-law Martha Ciccocioppo.

She is survived by: her daughters, Anna-Lisa and Susan; her grandsons, Jack, Myles and Carter; her siblings, Elizabeth Waroway and Andrew Ganczar (Kim); and her sister-in-law Maria Paolucci (Gino). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 8:30 AM at the Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church (510 River Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3L0E1). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 9:30 AM and at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family gratefully encourages donations to the Concordia Foundation or the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
