She is survived by: her children, Blake Appelt (Leslie), Trina McGregor (Alan) and Wade Appelt (Jaime); her siblings, Warren West (Marlene) and Norma West; and her grandchildren, April Haight (Brad), Allysa Appelt (Stephen) and Jessica Appelt (Nate).
