It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen Anne (Briese) Janzen of Winnipeg, Manitoba, born in Neepawa, Manitoba, who passed away on October 18, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Briese and Gertrude Briese (Trudy); her brothers, Wayne and Stuart; her brother-in-law Brian Long; and her mother-in-law Metta Janzen.

She is survived by: her sons, Ryan (Sara) and Kory; her husband David Janzen of Winnipeg; her grandson Jack; her stepgrandson Lincoln; her sister Wanda Long; her aunt Lillian Sangster; and her sibling's children, Karla (Len), Kallan (Kendell), Travis (Jennifer) and Kari (Brian). She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
