It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen JOYCE Ritchie (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on December 24, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Ritchie; her parents, Vera McFadyen and Carl McFadyen; and her siblings, Bill (Mercia McFayden) and Audrey (Lorne McGorman).
She is survived by: her children, Kent (Lana), Lynn (Stan) and Karen (Sebastien); her grandchildren, Brittney (Marshall), Landon (Paige), Katie (Austin) and Sam (Mackenzie); her great grandchildren, Ori Weinstein, Madeline Weinstein, Miller Ritchie, Scotlyn Ritchie and Jude Armstrong; and her brother Roy McFadyen (Wendy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cropo Funeral Chapel (1442 Main St, Winnipeg, MB R2W3V7).
