He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorcas Shaw and Goerge Stathers; his siblings, Sylvia Seager, Evelyn Heppenstall, Shirley Riggall, Albert Stathers, Norman Stathers and Harold Stathers; and his niece Marilyn Hardy.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Matthew (Cathy) and Tammis (Anthony); his grandchildren, Matteo, Sabrina, Luca, Sofia and Hayden; and his sister Lucy Waterhouse. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Park Funeral Home and Cemetery (1291 McGillivray Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3T5Y4).
