She is survived by: her child Ashley Goshulak (Kevin); her parents, Elizabeth Morowski and James Sumka (Cora); her siblings, Darrell Sumka, Michelle Sumka (Al) and Tiffany Hawthorne (Tyler); her niece Brooke Sumka; her friend Randy Goshulak; and her close friend Mike Peckham.
