He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Spratt. He is survived by: his mother Carol Spratt; his children, Justice Ann Cook, Caitlin Elizabeth Gordon, Kendra Lynn Spratt-Laidlow and Ciara Marie Laidlow; his sister Jennifer Spratt; his siblings' children, Morley Spratt and Madeline McBride; and his brother Melvin Spratt Jr..

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bardal Funeral Home (843 Sherbrook St, Winnipeg, MB R3A1M6).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
