He is survived by: his mother Carol Spratt; his children, Justice Ann Cook, Caitlin Elizabeth Gordon, Kendra Lynn Spratt-Laidlow and Ciara Marie Laidlow; his sister Jennifer Spratt; his nephew Morley Spratt; his niece Madeline McBride; and his brother Melvin Spratt Jr..
