He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley. He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Malenchak; his father David (Barbara); his brother Shawn (Shirley); his stepsisters, Kathryn Heidinger (Adrian), Danielle Gzebb and Jennifer Hethrington (Scott); and his sister-in-law Lorraine Dolynchuk (Ronald). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
