He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Keryluk and Pauline Keryluk; his sister Lynn; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald and Sylvia.

He is survived by: his wife Berenice; his children, Krista and Daniel; his daughter-in-law Vanessa; his grandchildren, Emma and Jake; and his sisters, Audrey van Holst (Auke) and Gail Lecuyer (Wayne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
