He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Evelyn Whitnack; and his son-in-law Alva Rocke. He is survived by: his children, Charlene (Rocke), Pamela (Walford), Darryl, Mary and Geraldine; and his sister Marlene. He is also survived by nine grand-children and thirteen great-grandchildren.
