He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Muldrew and Eva Muldrew. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his daughters, Dawn Allen, Nicole Atkinson and Leanne; his sons-in-law, Clint Allen and Mike Atkinson; his grandchildren, Kayden and Arabella Allen; and his siblings, Dennis and Betty Lodewyks (Hank). He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
