He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nicole Michaud-Oystryk; his sons, Stéphane and Patrick; his parents, George Oystryk and Mary Oystryk; his siblings, William (Mary), Orest (Carol), Ann (Jake Dressler) and Alexis (Ray Smyth); and his siblings-in-law, Gilbert (Rita), Benoit (Tanis Beam), Claude (Norma) and Ginette. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
