He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman and Nora; his parents-in-law, Andre and Fern; his brother Art; and his siblings-in-law, Ed, Marie, Cecile and Madeleine.
He is survived by: his wife Lise; his sons, Eric (An Macapagal) and Ian (Danielle); his grandchildren, Nathanael and Mateo; his siblings, Iris, Nelson (Tannis), Ken (Brenda), Sharon (Larry), Jennifer (Marc) and Garry (Brenda); his siblings-in-law, Henri, Mia and Joanne; and his friend Franz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
