She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Schmidt and Anna Schmidt; her brother Wilfred Schmidt; her brother-in-law John Neufeld; and her nephew Darren Schmidt.

She is survived by: her husband Irven Hiebert; her children, Coralie, Tracy and Jeff; her siblings, Albert Schmidt (Marie), Eva Neufeld, Anne Schmidt, Jacob Schmidt (Marj) and Sara Schmidt; and her sister-in-law Debbie Schmidt. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
