With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lilian Ruth Dowbenko of Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on June 26, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmother E. Whitwell; her parents, John Palmer and Dorothy Palmer; her siblings, Stanley, George and Ruth Wolf; her aunt Dolly; her uncle Fred Whitwell; and her children, John Mark Dowbenko, Patricia Boyer, Sandra Dowbenko, Linda Dowbenko and Margaret Beasley.
She is survived by: her children, Dan, Connie Chartier and Lilian Kanski. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
