He was predeceased by: his wife Alice; his parents, Alfred and Nell (Hewett); his brothers, Ray and Norman; and his brother-in-law Ken Horton.
He is survived by: his sons, James (Heather) of Oak Bluff and Robert (Lavonne) of Abbotsford, BC; his granddaughter Natalie; his sister Wilma Horton; and his sisters-in-law, Myrna and Marlene Jensen. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces.
