Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lorise ELEANOR Gilchrist (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away at the age of 70, on March 28, 2026. She was predeceased by: her husband Dale; her parents, Helen and Henry; her in-laws, Alex and Shirley; and her siblings-in-law, Linda and Robert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sara (Barret), Kiera (Bryce) and Little Leah (Marc); her granddaughters, Emerson and Makenna; her siblings, Lynnette and Floyd (Peggy); and her sister-in-law Kim. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
Had the trip been any later it wouldn't have happened due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
If desired, donations can be made in her memory to Assiniboine Park Zoo or Church of the Rock (Northend Campus).
