He is survived by: his grandson Matthew; his wife Hazel; his children, Pam (Russ) and Jeff (Nadia); his grandchild Taylor (Osten); his sister Elaine (Greg); and his in-laws, Ed (Dana Lee) and Linda (Ron). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
